😴 Hey Village! 🌿✨ Let’s talk about sleep—because apparently, “I’ll sleep when I’m dead tired” is not a wellness plan. 😂 Sleep gives our bodies and brains time to rest, recharge, regulate, and reset. When we don’t get enough, we may feel foggy, irritable, unfocused, or like our brain is operating on 2% battery. 🔋😩 So, Village, give yourself permission to put the day down and get some Zzz’s! Your body—and probably everyone around you—will thank you. 😂💤 Rest is not a luxury. It’s part of wellness. 💚✨
