Natural Mask & Headpiece Creation
On September 22, the autumnal equinox—Mabon—marks the Earth’s seasonal shift. Day and night stand in perfect balance, just before the nights begin to grow longer and the days shorter. This is a potent moment to pause, reflect, and honor both inner and outer change.
You will walk Seed Song’s trails, mindfully gathering fallen branches, twigs, and other natural materials the land offers. Along the way, you’ll have space to connect deeply with the Earth and with yourself.
Back at the farm, you’ll use these materials to create a mask or simple headpiece as a personal expression of the season’s transition. To close, each participant will be photographed in their transformation. Photo portraits will be shared online within two weeks.
