Bindlestiff’s Cirkus After School Spring Intensive

MyKingstonKids is bringing the Cirkus To Kingston with this fascinating program!!

After school from 4pm – 5:30pm

Youth ages 7-14 are invited to join “Cirkus After School” for Juggling, Stilts, Wire Walking, Conditioning, and Theater skills.

SKILLS YOU LEARN: Juggling with balls, clubs, rings, scarves, and odd objects, Diabolo, Stilts, Unicycle, Clowning and physical comedy
Class includes circle time for a check-in, a discussion of one of our Values or a positive character attribute, a warm-up, guided skill exploration and development, games, and a closing circle centered on self-reflection and self-assessment. Cirkus After School instructors are a diverse group of professionals who bring training in youth development, circus skills, restorative Circle-keeping, and social-emotional learning into our approach.

Youth will collaborate to create a public performance at MyKingstonKids Fest on Saturday May 21, 2022.
