In 1946 the Boys & Girls Clubs of Kingston OPENED THE DOOR and we have proudly served the youth of Ulster County in the communities of Kingston and Saugerties since that time.

The YMCA Kingston and Ulster County is a private not-for-profit, community-based organization providing social, health, physical education and recreation services to the residents of Ulster County.

Opened in 1971, the Rondout Neighborhood Center sits on the site of the former Liscomb's Opera House, which opened in 1894. The Rondout Neighborhood Center has served generations of Kingston's youth with exceptional programming.

Kingston High School is the only comprehensive four-year public high school in Kingston, NY with an enrollment of approximately 2,500 students and staff.

The mission of Ernest C. Myer Elementary school is to inspire, educate, and encourage all students to learn at their highest potential to prepare for the future.

Built in 1964, the John F. Kennedy Elementary School is located in a residential neighborhood and borders a brand new playground in a beautiful wooded city park that offers spectacular views of the mighty Hudson River.  This is a place where city children can convene with nature.

At the George Washington Elementary School, a public Montessori in historic Kingston, NY, the vision for each and every child is that, beyond supporting the academic, creative, physical, social, and emotional development that is necessary for success, we hope to instill a joy of learning that will affect their experiences well beyond the elementary years..
