“Not everything that is faced can be changed, but nothing can be changed until it is faced.”
― James Baldwin

In honor of Black History Month Kingston 2019 I invite you to the 3rd Nubian Cafe Live hosted by SB (aka Shaniqua Bowden) who will lead a discussion around some of the most important issues that affect women today and beyond. This discussion is entitled The Hidden Rules of Race: Barriers to Social Inclusion. The work of social change—the work of undoing racism—is changing those rules. This theme further encompasses how to be comfortable being uncomfortable and can also include topics such as health, wealth, relationships, politics, spirituality, business and life achievements.
